• The six wineries in the emblematic enclave of Haro inaugurate their wine and tapas route, once again welcoming one of the most special times of the year.

The toast of the six wineries that make up the Barrio de la Estación Association – Bodegas Roda, Bodegas Muga, Gómez Cruzado, Bodegas Bilbaínas – Viña Pomal, CVNE and La Rioja Alta, S.A. – served to inaugurate Christmas in this emblematic enclave of Haro, the perfect destination to enjoy with family or friends on such an intimate occasion. A simple act of welcome that turned on the lighting and sound system in the emblematic buildings of the six winery houses, as well as in the streets of the neighbourhood, and which also featured the participation of the Haro Polyphonic Choir.

A Christmas atmosphere that is already accompanying visitors on the wine and food route that will take place from 18:00 to 20:30 on 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16 and 17 December and which will allow visitors to enjoy, for every glass of wine worth more than 4€ purchased at any of the six wine bars, a free tapa while stocks last. In order to facilitate the route between wineries, Avenida de Vizcaya will be closed to traffic during this activity.

In addition, the programme sponsored by La Rioja Turismo is completed with a Christmas passport, in which to register all the wine tourism activities that take place until 5 January and which will allow you to participate in the draw for five exclusive lots of six bottles, as well as a competition on Instagram that will look for the most original reel that best conveys the Christmas spirit in the Barrio. The winner will be able to enjoy a double ticket for the next edition of La Cata del Barrio de la Estación.
