The organization has scheduled round-trip transportation by train from Logroño to attend this year’s edition, to be held on Saturday, 18 June. Attendees from the Basques cities could come to Haro on a same-day round-trip coach.

The fourth Haro Station Wine Experience will start in Logroño with day trips (round trip) so that attendees can enjoy the great Rioja wine and food festival in comfort and safety. The event is to be held on Saturday, 18 June in this emblematic space, which brings together the largest concentration of century-old wineries in the world.

There will be several departure times so you can make the most of the award-winning wine and food experience: 9:55, 11:00 and 11:55. For the return trip, trains will depart at 17:55, 19:20 and 20:20. Tickets will be available for €5 one way and another €5 return. Coach transport will also be available from three Basque Country departure points in Vitoria and Bilbao.

From Vitoria

The outbound journey will begin at the María Inmaculada Cathedral (Calle Monseñor Cadena y Eleta) at 10:15. After the tasting, the coach will leave from the central parking lot, in the accreditation area, at 19:15. Ticket price is €15 and can also be purchased through this link.

From Bilbao

The coach will leave at 9:45 from Plaza Circular (Thermomix Building) and will return at 19:15 from the central parking lot, in the accreditation area. Tickets can be purchased through this link for €20.

Tickets for the fourth Haro Station Wine Experience are already sold out. It is a great attraction for both wine lovers and gourmets who, from 11 am to 7 pm, will get the chance to enjoy the tasting of an exclusive selection of twelve great wines produced by these iconic and historic Spanish wineries: CVNE, Gómez Cruzado, La Rioja Alta, S.A., Viña Pomal Bodegas Bilbaínas, Muga and Bodegas RODA.

A total of twelve premium wines, specially chosen for this edition, will be served in the different wineries. Also included are six tapas and a dessert conceived by top chefs for the event. The gastronomic tour will be offered by the Echapresto brothers (Venta Moncalvillo, one Michelin Star), the team from Santander’s El Serbal (one Michelin Star), Nublo (one Michelin Star), Carolina Sánchez and Iñaki Murua from Logroño’s Ikaro (one Michelin Star), Cobo Estratos, by Miguel Cobo and Delicious Gastronomía. The sweet offering will come from the hands of the chocolate master Juan Ángel Rodrigálvarez, who was recently awarded at Madrid International Pastry.

The sommelier Josep Roca, part of the creative trio of El Celler de Can Roca, will be the Engine Driver and Ambassador of this edition. Roca takes over the controls of the train that the pandemic detained, and returns with energy and optimism to celebrate the culture and enjoyment of wine in a unique setting.
